I would like to express my personal gratitude and the gratitude of the Jewish community in Nikolayev, for the organization of Britot-Milah in our city.

This is the third year we have cooperated with your organization, and your mohel representative Rabbi Yaakov Goyssinovitch, who has already circumcised over 40 children and youths here. Rabbi Yaakov is devoted and efficient, and is very liked by our community.

During his last visit, he convinced a 71 year old Jew to undergo Brit Milah; this has greatly impressed the people of our community.

Three of the Yeshiva boys that he circumcised, have decided that in honor of the 100th birthday of the Rebbe, they will convince a 100 Jews to undergo Brit Milah.

I thank you again from the bottom of my heart, and I wish you much success in all you do.
