I have been advised that you heard of the organization Brit Yosef Yitzchak, which performs Brit Milah for new immigrants who were not given this chance in their childhood.
From knowledge and experience, I can affirm that this organization works proficiently, and offers their services to Jews in numerous countries. With their help, we have sent many from Kiryat Shmona to undergo Brit Milah in the operating rooms of Jerusalem clinics.
Therefore, I can only encourage you give them information, for they are able to reach many in the world that have yet to complete their Jewish body, and of course their soul that resides in it.
